Tools required:
Mug heat press, thermal printer, thermal inks, thermal paper, thermal sticker, printable treat mug.
Printing method:
1- Preparing the design with the appropriate size for the cup.
2- Print the image in high quality, reverse printing.
3- Cut the paper to the size of the cup.
4- Fix the paper on the cup using thermal adhesive.
5- Adjust the piston pressure to the cup size.
6- Run the heat press and adjust:
• Temperature: 180 degrees Celsius or 360 Fahrenheit.
• Time: 150-180 seconds.
• Piston pressure: high.
7- After the thermal piston reaches the required temperature, place the cup inside the piston and press Start.
8- The heat press starts counting down until it completes the set time.
